Spent 2 nights in a Double or Twin Room. Location near Gran Via was perfect, but the room was quite noisy at night.

However, I encountered excessive dampness in my room, leading to an unpleasant smell of mold throughout my stay. The shower pressure could definitely use improvement, struggling to provide a strong stream. Additionally, a buzzing entry system felt slightly inconvenient, requiring wait times for access to the building.

Hostal America offers a charming, clean atmosphere, with friendly staff who are consistently helpful. The location is fantastic, right near lively streets filled with restaurants and bars, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local culture.
